Will my order be sent and handled quickly and discreetly?
Definitely. All orders are sent in plain satchels or Courier Bag with no description or reference to the contents. This means you can safely have the items sent to your work address if this is more convenient for you. Any purchase details will appear as a simple transaction on your Credit Card Statement with no description given.
We do understand and respect your desire for complete privacy and to that end, should we ever need to contact you, we will only speak to or email the purchaser, we will not discuss the details of the order with any other person.
When will I get my order?
Videos are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. Other goods are normally within 10-14 days of receipt of your oder. Any delay in delivery caused by items being temporarily out of stock you will be advised. However in some cases an order may be split and items sent separately. We have found Courier Post the most efficient and effective delivery service.
I don't trust sending my Credit Card Details over the Internet
There is no need to worry as we employ Secure Server Technology - the very same used by Banks and Stockbrokers! This is the safest form of encryption available on the Internet today. Should you still have concerns, we also provide fax, mail or telephone facilities for your convenience. Just go through the checkout as usual and choose the method that best suits you.
Can I pay any other way other than Credit Card?
Yes - You can send us a cheque or money order by mail. Alternatively, Direct Deposit (T/T) to our account. All methods of payment are described clearly in the checkout wizard.
Whichever method of payment you prefer, please place your order normally, then select the payment method you wish to use and we will look after the rest. Please note Cheques/Money Orders must be cleared before any goods will be dispatched.
