Customer Service: Should you require any assistance or further information on any of our products or services, please call our Dispatch Centre (09) 303 3605 during the hours 10am-5pm Monday - Saturday.
Privacy: We comply with the Privacy Act 1993. Your details remain secure within our data base. We do not trade, sell or exchange our database.
Customer Guarantees Act: We supply all products on the basis we will meet our obligations within the terms of the act.
Methods of Payment: Cheque (mail order only), MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Diners (not direct debit or "eftpos" cards).
Credit Cards & Cheques: We accept Cheques (mail order only), MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Diners. Credit Card charges are processed only when goods have been dispatched.
Delivery: All goods are sent in discrete packaging and delivered via Courier Post. Videos are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. Other goods are normally dispatched within 10-14 days of receipt of order. Where a delay is caused by out of stock items, the order may be split and items sent separately and you will be advised accordingly. Should you require an item by a particular date, please contact us at our Dispatch centre and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
Back Orders: In the event of a product being temporarily out of stock, please include a daytime contact telephone number when ordering so that we may advise you of any delay.
